MIND provides several services concerning mindPrisma solutions. A large part of these services are included in the system’s maintenance service.
The available services are designed to help clients in using and parametrizing the application - thus maximizing the investemet and adapting the solution to the institution's requirements.
For clients with an active maintenance service, there are several services available in My Prisma private area - including video versions of the manuals and the e-address for technical support.
Available services:

- Database conversion from other systems and/or automatic correction of cataloguing errors
- On site training
- Interconnection with external systems, from MIND or other companies
- Development of additional functions
Some of these services are subject to specific budget and scheduling and imply an active maintenance service. |
