MIND provides several services concerning mindPrisma solutions. A large part of these services are included in the system’s maintenance service.

The available services are designed to help clients in using and parametrizing the application - thus maximizing the investemet and adapting the solution to the institution's requirements.

For clients with an active maintenance service, there are several services available in My Prisma private area - including video versions of the manuals and the e-address for technical support.

Available services:
  • Technical support (including updates, upgrades and technical support phone line) Know more...
  • Local or remote installation
  • Database conversion from other systems and/or automatic correction of cataloguing errors
  • On site training
  • Interconnection with external systems, from MIND or other companies
  • Development of additional functions

Some of these services are subject to specific budget and scheduling and imply an active maintenance service.
